Venture Web consulting is an engineering driven web consulting firm. What that means is that we are dedicated to maintaining a good engineering culture internally, and that we work very carefully with our clients to help them express their goals in a clear, simple and achievable framework. Producing software is something that a great many businesses struggle with, and it is our belief that this isn't for technical reasons, but is due to the difficulties inherent in communicating about something as complicated as a useful piece of software.

To make communication easy, we have built a suite of tools, hosted here on this website. These tools support project specification, tracking of customer concerns, and billing in a very straightforward fashion. We provide:

• A robust, versioning, specification tracking system ,
• A very user friendly issue tracking system,
• A critical path diagram, showing the implementation steps needed to meet the spec, and the current project status,
• An upfront invoicing system, showing exactly how development resources are being used, as they are being used, to help our clients control costs.
